When you create an Offerz account, we collect:

- Location data — your device's location, used to show you relevant offers and content near you.
We don't collect payment details or financial account information through the app.
How we use your information
- To create and manage your account, and let you sign in.
- To show you offers and content relevant to your location.
- To communicate with you about your account or respond to support requests.
- To keep Offerz secure and prevent misuse.
Location data specifically
Offerz only accesses your location while you're using the app, and only if you've granted location permission. You can turn this off at any time in your device settings — Offerz will still work, but offers shown to you may be less relevant to where you are.
How we share your information
We don't sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers who help us run Offerz (such as hosting and infrastructure providers), and only as needed to operate the app, or when required by law.
Data retention and deletion
We keep your account information for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time — see the Delete Account page for how. Once you request deletion, we permanently remove your data within 30 days and retain nothing afterward.
Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data at every stage.
Children's privacy
Offerz is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Your rights
You can access, correct, or delete your account information at any time from within the app, or by contacting us using the details below.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes to this policy, we'll notify you in the app or by email before the changes take effect.
